“Can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The hotel is simple, but well-designed with a convenient layout. Beds were comfortable, and the entire place was all very clean and well-kept. As far as meeting (and exceeding) basic needs for lodging during a family vacation, this Best Western was outstanding.”

Stayed here for 10 nights and this Best Western really proved a small town hotel can out do a higher class hotel. First the front desk staff and lady who sets up the breakfast (Excellent) are very friendly. I live in Washington so it was nice to be around that southern hospitality. Whenever I had a question about where to eat, how far to a certain location or locking myself out of my room they were there to help me out. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony. I wasn’t sure if the gym would fit my needs but it has everything you need. I really enjoyed running while watching the TV. Best Western also offers status match so since I was Spire Elite with IHG they matched it and upgraded me to Diamond. Whenever I make my way back to Chincoteague I’ll be staying at the Best Western.

"Had a wonderful time. Everyone is so friendly. Tiffany was so bubbly and helpful. Breakfast was great, hot and fresh. Went for the launch from Wallops island, which was cancelled. We will return again."

"Staying at this hotel makes me happy. It is the best location on the island. Right at the entrance into Assateague (short walk, bike, or drive). Watch awesome moonrises, sunsets, and rocket launches from the bridge (few steps from the hotel). The hotel is kept impeccably clean and has an excellent hot breakfast. But the best part is the people. From the front desk to the cleaning crew and the breakfast attendant, hotel staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful."
